John and Denise Lang’s grandchildren, Dana and Daxton Maddox, spent from Friday to Sunday with them. The children were on their spring break.

Denise Lang took Margie Williams to lunch Thursday at a restaurant in Florence.

John and Johnny Lang spent Friday and Saturday fishing in Oklahoma. Johnny called home very excited to have caught a “big” one.

Get-well wishes are extended to Jean Everett who is in the hospital at Newton.

Janet Cress visited Doni Rogers in Strong City on Saturday.

Janet Cress, Letha Goering, and Carol Kutz met at a restaurant in Florence Sunday and had lunch together.

Lorene Magathan, Anna Voelker, Sue Clough, and Margie Williams met at a café in Florence Friday and enjoyed pie, and coffee, along with visiting.

Visitors of Bill and Margie Williams Saturday afternoon were Gary Williams of Goddard, Carl Williams of Wamego, and Will Soyez.

Doni Rogers was among those attending the retirement party for Linda Barton. It was nice Thursday and Doni enjoyed a horseback ride.

Tootsie Snelling is having a knee replacement Wednesday at the Newton hospital. She would appreciate prayers.
