Municipalities set firework schedules
County
Fireworks can be used on Lakeshore Dr. at the county lake, but aren’t allowed at Marion Reservoir.
They can be shot off on personal property only, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. June 27 to July 2, 8 a.m. to midnight July 3 and 4, and 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. July 5.
Florence
Florence PRIDE committee will be selling fireworks 2 to 10 p.m. June 28 through July 2, and noon to 10 p.m. July 1 and July 2.
They can be used until 10 p.m. June 28 through July 2, until midnight July 3, 4, and 5.
There is the possibility fireworks will be sold July 5, at the discretion of the PRIDE committee.
Goessel
Goessel’s hours for firework use are 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. July 4, and 8 a.m. to midnight July 5 and 6.
Hillsboro
Fireworks will be sold in Hillsboro June 27 to July 5. They can be used 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. July 1, 2, and 3, and 10 a.m. to midnight July 4.
Marion
Fireworks can be bought and used in Marion 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. July 1, 2, and 3, and 9 a.m. to midnight July 4.
A temporary stand will be set up at the corner of Main and 2nd Sts., and another on Main St. next to Webster’s Auto.
Peabody
Fireworks can be used until 10 p.m. July 1 and 2, and until midnight July 3 through 6.
