About 40 second graders from Hillsboro Elementary School are pictured as they crowd around Marion County Record editor Bill Meyer as he demonstrates a video display terminal. The children began their Thursday morning field trip at the Record office before visiting other places around town.

Combining the theme “I Believe in You” with a Western setting, Marion High School juniors treated the seniors to a banquet and prom Saturday night. The promenade was followed by a banquet at Eastmoor United Methodist Church and the evening concluded at Marion Gymnasium where music was provided by the band “Argodyssey.”
