May 2: A driving complaint was checked. A welfare check was provided. Radar was run on North Walnut Street. A harassment complaint was filed. Traffic control was provided for LifeTeam air ambulance. Officers pursued a suspect on foot.

May 3: School zones were patrolled. A vehicle was reported stolen. A theft was investigated. Trespassing was reported. A protection from abuse violation was filed.

May 4: School zones were patrolled. An officer met with a concerned citizen. A violation of a protection from abuse order was reported.

May 5: School zones were patrolled. Radar was run on Eisenhower Drive. A dog was reported running at-large. Harassment was reported. A stolen vehicle was recovered. Officers attended a meeting. A suspicious truck complaint was checked.

May 6: School zones were patrolled. An officer met with the County Attorney regarding cases. A driving complaint was checked. A report of a possible bobcat was checked in the 100 block of North Third Street. A barking dog complaint was filed. Officers responded to a possibly suicidal person. Streetlights were checked.

May 7: School zones were patrolled. An officer met with a concerned citizen. Reports were delivered to the County Attorney. Efforts were taken to find a lost dog.

May 8: Response was given to an activated car alarm. An individual reportedly had alcohol poisoning.

May 10: School zones were patrolled. Storm spotters watched for severe weather. A protection from abuse violation was reported.

May 11: School zones were patrolled. A motorist received assistance with directions. A walk-through was provided at OASIS. A stranded motorist received assistance. A dog complaint was filed. Assistance was provided with a non-injury accident.

May 12: School zones were patrolled. Storm spotters watched for severe weather. A domestic dispute was investigated.

Thursday: School zones were patrolled. A concerned parent met with an officer. A theft was reported. Officers attended a meeting. Streetlights were checked. A domestic dispute was reported.

Friday: School zones were patrolled. Reports were delivered to the County Attorney. The sheriff’s department received assistance with a cow out of its pen. Criminal damage to property was reported. A non-injury accident was reported. A driving complaint was filed. Assistance with an inmate was provided to a sheriff’s deputy.

Saturday: Two dogs were reported running at-large; one dog was picked up. A concerned citizen met with an officer. A possible fight was reported. A suspicious vehicle was checked.

Officers issued 14 warning citations and issued one notice to appear.
