Lucas Scott Hauck, 2, died April 9 in Peabody.

He was born March 18, 2009, in Wichita, to Joshua D. and Autumn N. (Frazell) Hauck.

His great-grandparents, David and Patricia Hauck and Calvin and Orpah Blackwood; grandmother, Sharon Stephens; and grandfather, Gerald Frazell.

Survivors include his parents, Joshua Hauck of Peabody and Autumn Hauck of Halstead; a brother, Levi Frazell; a sister, Lilian Hauck; grandparents Jeff Frazell of Potwin and Stephanie Lynn Matlock of Burrton; and great-grandparents Lorene Frazell and Kenneth Stephens of Halstead.

Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Liberty Baptist Church in Newton. The Rev. Peter Ostrander will officiate.
