Leslie Broadstreet

Leslie R. Broadstreet, 99, died Saturday at St. Luke Living Center, Marion.

A funeral service will be 10 a.m. Friday at Marion Christian Church, and interment will be at Marion Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Zeiner Funeral Home, Marion.

He was born May 5, 1917, to Leo and Anna Mundy Broadstreet in Seneca, New Mexico.

Broadstreet was a professional photographer who operated a Marion studio for nearly two decades before moving the business to Wichita in 1958. He retired and moved back to Marion in 2005.

He married Bernice Schick Oct. 22, 1938. She preceded him in death in 2015.

He is survived by sons Gailen Broadstreet of Parker and Rand Broadstreet of Northfield, Ohio; and four grandchildren.
