Larry Hamm

Hillsboro farmer Larry Lee Hamm, 79, died April 22 at Salem Home in Hillsboro.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at First Baptist Church of Durham. Interment will precede at 10 a.m. at Durham Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Jost Funeral Home, Hillsboro.

Born April 14, 1938, to Arthur and Erlean (Berg) Hamm at Benton, he married Ruth Dalke on Oct. 7, 1956, at Marion.

Survivors include: wife, Ruth Hamm of Hillsboro; son, Russ Hamm of Canton; daughters, Janice Richardson of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Kathryn Nachtigall of McPherson; brothers, Clayton Hamm and Garry Hamm, both of Marion; 11 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.
