Kaleb J. Montgomery, 18, of Marion, died from injuries sustained in an auto accident Saturday in Chase County on K-150.

All services are today at Holy Family Parish, St. Patrick’s Catholic Church of Florence. A funeral mass is at 10 a.m., and a rosary is at 7 p.m. Interment is at Marion Cemetery.

He was born in Marion on Aug. 29, 1996, and graduated from Chase County High School in 2014.

His mother, Jenny Herzet, stepfather Jon Burright; two brothers, Calvin and Corban; sister, Kyndal Christensen; and step-siblings, Trevor, Braeden, and Ashley, all of Cottonwood Falls, survive him. He is also survived by grandparents Jim and Janet Herzet of Marion.

A memorial fund has been established for the Chase County Fishing Derby, in care of Zeiner Funeral Home, 205 Elm, Marion, KS, 66861.
