Peabody July 4th Celebration Society has announced it is seeking entries for the design of artwork on the admission buttons to the 93rd annual July Fourth Celebration.

Entries must be submitted by March 1.

“The design must be original and must fit into a 2¼ inch circle,” organizer Lisa Hodges said. “Plus, three things need to be part of the design — the word Peabody, the year 2014, and the words ‘4th Fest’ or ‘4th of July’.”

The winner will receive $25 and four admission buttons. Entrants need to include their name, address, and phone number with the design. Entries should be mailed to Peabody July 4th Celebration Society, P. O. Box 74, Peabody, KS. 66866, or emailed to peabody4thfest@gmail.com by the March 1 deadline.
