John Barker

Incumbent Representative John Barker is chairman of the House Judiciary Committee and serves on both the House Appropriations and Education Committees. Barker is a farmer and Army veteran, and served 25 years as a judge for the Eighth Judicial District. and served as retired district court judge. Barker and his wife, April, live in Dickinson County, where they raised two children.
