Marvin L. Watkins went home to be with the Lord Sunday, Feb. 22, 2015.

Marvin was born Nov. 12, 1939, in Minneapolis, Kansas to Raymond and Gladys Watkins.

He served in the Navy from 1958 to 1962 and retired from Cessna in 2006.

He is survived by his loving wife, Jeannie P. (Painter); children, Renee Riley and husband, Gary, Terri Greene and husband, Matt, and Raymond Watkins and wife Paula; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a twin brother, Melvin Watkins; a sister, Marilyn Jones; an aunt, Mabel Ellison; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was buried at Fort Scott, Kansas. Memorial services were held Saturday, Feb. 28, at Pathway Church, 2001 N. Maize Road, Wichita, Kansas.

Marvin loved the Lord and his family. He will be missed by all.
