Gloria Verna Hanschu, 90, of Ramona, died Sunday at Herington Municipal Hospital.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Ramona. Burial will follow at Lewis Cemetery.

Family visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. today at Zeiner Funeral Home, Herington.

She was born Sept. 12, 1926, to Henry E. and Mary (Berg) Snyder at Herington.

After graduating from Herington High School in 1945, Hanschu attended Vernon’s School of Cosmetology in Wichita.

She married Paul Dale Hanschu at Trinity Lutheran Church on March 25, 1951. He preceded her in death in June of 1993.

She was also preceded in death by brothers Francis and Delphos Snyder, and sister Julie Ann Snyder.

She is survived by daughter Paula Morgan of Ramona; brother Norman Snyder of Herington; two grandsons; and one great-granddaughter.

A memorial has been established with Trinity Lutheran Church.
