Aulne United Methodist Church’s Independence Day celebration will be Saturday at the church, 140th and Pawnee roads.

Traditionally on a Sunday, the celebration, which is open to the public, will be a day earlier. Live music will be performed at 7 p.m. Homemade ice cream will be served at 8 p.m. Fireworks will cap the evening at 9 p.m.
