Evergy rates

To the editor:

Everyone who receives electric service from Evergy should read a notice that came in their electric bill. Evergy is requesting a rate increase. This increase, on an average, will be $14.24 per month for all Kansans except those in the Kansas City metro area. The Kansas City area will be charged $3.47 more per month.

The notice explains how to give public comments to the Kansas Corporation Commission.
