Enrollment signals end to summer vacation

Peabody-Burns students and staff will be returning to school soon. The district has announced a schedule for enrollment for the coming school year.

Students will enroll Aug. 8 and 9 in Brown Gymnasium at Peabody-Burns High School. Three sessions are planned for Aug. 8 — 8 a.m. to noon, 1 to 5 p.m., and 6 to 8 p.m. The remaining session will be 8 a.m. to noon Aug. 9.

“These sessions are district-wide,” said Patti Gaines, USD 398 treasurer. “We no longer hold separate enrollment at each attendance center.”

Anyone unable enroll students during the designated times will need go to the building their children will attend and enroll them there.

Classes will begin Aug. 21.
