Feb. 18

5:48 p.m. — A patient from Hillsboro Community Hospital was transferred to St. Joseph Hospital, Wichita, by Hillsboro ambulance.

9:17 p.m. — A patient from St. Luke Hospital was transferred to Newton Medical Center by Marion ambulance.

wednesday

10:08 a.m. — A man, who had low blood sugar levels in the 900 block of Denver St., Marion, was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.

10:41 a.m. — A 50-year-old diabetic man, who was having difficulty breathing near 50th St. and US-77, refused to be taken to a hospital by Peabody ambulance. A Burns first responder and Marion ambulance were also on scene.

1:10 p.m. — A patient from St. Luke was transferred to Wesley Medical Center, Wichita, by Marion ambulance.

3:39 p.m. — Florence firefighters and Florence and Marion ambulances were called to a one-vehicle accident near US-77 and US-50. No one was taken to a hospital.

1:07 p.m. — A cabinet fell on a teacher at Peabody-Burns Elementary School. She was taken to NMC by Peabody ambulance.

3:52 p.m. — A patient from St. Luke was transferred to St. Joseph by Marion ambulance.

friday

9:10 a.m. — An elderly man, who activated his medical alarm near 300th and Limestone Rds., refused to be taken to a hospital by Tampa ambulance.

3:43 p.m. — A patient from St. Luke was transferred to NMC by Marion ambulance.

saturday

10:15 p.m. — A patient from HCH was transferred to Wesley Medical Center by Hillsboro ambulance.

sunday

3:09 a.m. — A 48-year-old man, who had shortness of breath and was weak near 180th and Chisholm Trail Rds., refused to be taken to a hospital by Hillsboro ambulance.

3:13 a.m. — A 43-year-old man, who was sick and had leg cramps near 190th and Nighthawk Rds., was taken to HCH by Marion ambulance.

9:56 p.m. — A 69-year-old woman having a diabetic reaction in the 400 block of S. Coble St., Marion, refused to be taken to a hospital by Marion ambulance.

3:33 a.m. — A woman, who was having chest pains at Marion Assisted Living, was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.

5:16 a.m. — A man, who was having trouble breathing near Alamo and 110th Rds., was taken to NMC by Hillsboro ambulance.

6:58 a.m. — A patient from St. Luke was transferred to St. Francis, Wichita, by Marion ambulance.
