april 16

11:50 a.m. — A man who fell out of his wheelchair near Lawrence and Eisenhower St. in Marion, was assisted into his wheelchair and refused to be taken to a hospital by Marion ambulance.

1:59 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance and Hillsboro firefighters responded to a two-vehicle accident near US-56 and Highway 186. No one was taken to a hospital by Hillsboro ambulance.

4:43 p.m. — A patient from Hillsboro Community Hospital was taken by Hillsboro ambulance to The University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City.

8:00 p.m. — An 83-year-old man who fell at Bethesda Home in Goessel, was taken to Newton Medical Center by Peabody ambulance.

April 17

12:49 p.m. — Hillsboro firefighters responded to the 800 block of W. A St. in Hillsboro for a gas meter that was hit by a car.

2:47 p.m. — A 59-year-old woman passed out at Salem Homes in Hillsboro and was taken to HCH by Hillsboro ambulance.

3:29 p.m. — A patient from St. Luke Hospital was taken by Marion ambulance to Newton Medical Center.

thursday

11:50 a.m. — An 80-year-old man having a reaction to medicine near 210th and Indigo Rds., refused to be taken to a hospital by Hillsboro ambulance.

5:15 p.m. — A 77-year-old woman having heart flutters in the 100 block of N. Locust St., Marion was taken to NMC by Marion ambulance.

6:21 p.m. — Sheriff officer’s requested Peabody ambulance east of Peabody to check on a person in custody.

friday

6:57 a.m. — An elderly person showing stroke symptoms in the 100 block of W. 7th St., Florence was taken to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita by Marion ambulance.

8:16 a.m. — A 72-year-old fell off a semi-trailer near Timber and 330th Rds. and was taken to Herington Hospital by Tampa ambulance. Lincolnville first responders were also on the scene.

1:55 p.m. — An elderly man fell at Peabody Health and Rehab in Peabody and was taken to NMC by Peabody ambulance.

6:17 p.m. — Durham firefighters were called to a power line that was knocked down by a sprayer that hit the power pole and started a fire in a ditch near 290th and Indigo Rds.

8:35 p.m. — A 95-year-old man having knee pain from a fall near 300th and Goldenrod Rds., was taken to St. Francis in Wichita by Tampa ambulance. Durham firefighters were called to help.

10:24 p.m. — Durham firefighters, Hillsboro and Marion ambulance and Hillsboro firefighters responded to a rollover accident near 290th and Diamond Rds. The patient was taken to St. Francis in Wichita by Hillsboro ambulance.

saturday

1:00 a.m. — A 62-year-old woman having cardiac issues at Bethesda Home in Goessel, was taken to NMC by Hillsboro ambulance.

9:18 a.m. — Goessel firefighters were called to a brush fire that was not reported as a control burn near 170th and K-15.

3:05 p.m. — Florence, Hillsboro and Marion firefighters were called to grease fire in the 600 block of S. Roosevelt St., Marion. There was no fire.

4:34 p.m. — A patient from HCH was taken by Hillsboro ambulance to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.

5:44 p.m. — A 77-year-old woman fell near 290th and Sunflower Rds. She was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.

1:38 a.m. — A 74-year-old man with low blood oxygen levels in the 100 block of N. Coble was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.

5:25 a.m. — A patient from St. Luke was taken by Marion ambulance to NMC.

10:04 a.m. — A medical alarm called in a from the 1500 block of Victory Lane, Marion. No patient was found by Marion ambulance.

10:37 a.m. — An 81-year-old man fell near US-56 and HWY 256, was called in by a medical alert company. No one was taken to a hospital by Marion ambulance.

10:40 a.m. — An 81-year-old woman having a seizure at the First Baptist Church in Peabody, refused to be taken to a hospital by Peabody ambulance.

4:13 p.m. — A 71-year-old man who was confused in the 200 block of N. Lincoln St., Hillsboro, was taken to HCH by Hillsboro ambulance.

7:31 p.m. — A 70-year-old man with chest pain in the 400 block of W. 7th St., Florence, refused to be taken to a hospital by Florence ambulance.

12:30 a.m. — A patient from St. Luke was taken by Marion ambulance to NMC.

7:17 a.m. — A patient from St. Luke was taken by Marion ambulance to NMC.

9:11 a.m. — A patient from St. Luke was taken by Marion ambulance to McPherson Hospital.

1:16 p.m. — A patient from HCH was taken by Hillsboro ambulance to Kansas Heart Hospital in Wichita.
