July 17
7:22 p.m. — An unsteady and lethargic patient at Parkside Homes in Hillsboro was taken to Hillsboro Community Hospital by Hillsboro ambulance.
JULY 18
11:35 a.m. — A 77-year-old man losing consciousness and turning white with cold sweats, possibly suffering from heat exhaustion, was taken by Marion ambulance from the 100 block of N. Freeborn St. to St. Luke Hospital, Marion.
2:33 p.m. — A 82-year-old man who may have suffered a stroke in the 900 block of Marion St. in Florence was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.
5:42 p.m. — A 73-year-old woman was killed in a one-vehicle accident on K-15 south of 140th Rd. A Goessel first responder, firefighters from Goessel and Hillsboro, and Hillsboro ambulance responded
THURSDAY
12:31 a.m. — A 58-year-old man at Westview Manor who was experiencing chest pains taken to Newton Medical Center, Newton by Peabody ambulance.
5:43 a.m. — Marion ambulance was called to St. Luke Hospital for a transfer to Wesley Medical Center, Wichita.
5:38 p.m. — A man individual was found lying down, was unconscious at a cemetery just north of Florence, declined to be taken to a hospital by Marion ambulance, which was called along with a first responder from Florence.
10:36 p.m. — A women feeling sick with shortness of breath and weakness, in the 200 block of S. Thorp St. was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.
Friday
6:42 a.m. — A 84-year-old female fell in the 300 block of Grandview St., and complained of hip pain. Florence and Marion ambulances were paged with no responders. Hillsboro ambulance responded to the call and took the woman to St. Luke.
2:32 p.m. — A county jail inmate with a shoulder injury was taken by Marion ambulance to St. Luke.
6:15 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance was called to Goessel to a standby at the request by law enforcement, but was soon told to disregard.
6:54 p.m. — A 62-year-old male, with a history of heart problems was taken from the 300 block of north Olive in Peabody to Newton Medical Center by Peabody ambulance.
8:24 p.m. — A 45-year-old male having a diabetic emergency in the 200 block of W. B St. in Hillsboro was taken to HCH by Hillsboro ambulance.
saturday
12:06 a.m. — Goessel firefighters were unable to find possible grass fire between 90th and Chisholm Trail Rds.
1:50 p.m. — An elderly male in the 700 block of N Elm St. in Peabody fell into some bushes, needed assistance with a few scrapes, but refused to be taken to a hospital by Peabody Ambulance.
sunday
2:19 a.m. — Marion firefighters and Hillsboro ambulance were called to a one- vehicle accident near 190th and K-256, but the driver already had been picked up and taken to a residence in Hillsboro.
2:38 a.m. — The driver from the one-vehicle accident was checked in the 300 block of N. Madison St. in Hillsboro, by Hillsboro ambulance but declined to be taken to a hospital.
5:33 a.m. — An unresponsive seizure victim in the 700 block of S. Ash St. in Hillsboro, declined to be taken to a hospital by Hillsboro ambulance.
monday
11:35 a.m. — A patient at Hillsboro Community Hospital was transferred to Wesley.
7:41 p.m. — A 40-year-old man with a severe dog bite in the 300 block of N. Vine St. in Peabody refused to be taken to a hospital by Peabody ambulance
