DEC. 22

4:14 a.m. — Peabody ambulance responded to the 400 block of N. Locust St. for a person with no pulse who was having CPR performed on them. Transportation was not specified.

10:04 a.m. — Burns first responders responded to the 100 block of Cincinnati St. in Burns for a woman who fell and needed assistance getting up. No transportation was provided.

11:18 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to the Ampride parking lot per officer request for a woman in a vehicle with unknown symptoms. The woman was not transported.

DEC. 23

12:54 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance, Marion ambulance, Hillsboro fire, and Hillsboro rescue responded to 190th and Nighthawk Rds. for a two vehicle injury accident. The driver of one vehicle was airlifted to Via Christi St. Francis in Wichita.

4:04 p.m. — Hillsboro fire responded to the 100 block of S. Birch St. after a person reported smelling a strong smell of gas that was not coming from his house. Firefighters reported a gas main leak, and dispatchers contacted the gas company.

Thursday

12:25 a.m. — Goessel first responders and Hillsboro ambulance responded to the 600 block of E. Main St. in Goessel for a woman having discomfort in her hip. She was transported to St. Francis in Wichita.

7:20 a.m. — Florence ambulance responded to the 500 block of A. St. for a woman who fell and was complaining of arm pain. Newton Medical met with Florence ambulance to provide advanced-life-support transportation.

2:07 p.m. — Hillsboro fire responded to the 300 block of W. Grand St. for a gas meter that was hit.

2:24 p.m. — Tampa fire and Lincolnville fire were called near 280th and Quail Creek Rds. after an alarm company said a fire alarm had been set off. The alarm company then alerted dispatchers that the alarm was false.

3:47 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to the 300 block of 210th Rd. near Lehigh for a man in his 60s whose pacemaker was going off. He was transported to HCH.

4:50 p.m. — Goessel first responders and Hillsboro ambulance responded near 110th and Chisholm Trail Rds. for a man not feeling well. Transportation was not specified.

4:59 p.m. — Peabody ambulance responded to US-50 between Nighthawk and Mustang Rds. for a person having a possible stroke and going in and out of consciousness. The individual was transported to Newton Medical. Peabody fire was called for lifting assistance.

friday

2:18 a.m. — Florence ambulance responded to the 700 block of N. Main St. for a woman in her 60s with a possible broken ankle. She was transported to St. Luke Hospital.

Saturday

12:58 p.m. — Marion fire, Marion ambulance, Hillsboro fire, and Florence fire were called to the 400 block of S. Cedar St. in Marion for black smoke coming from a garage. After arriving at the scene, Marion fire told Marion ambulance, Hillsboro fire, and Florence fire to disregard.

5:07 p.m. — Marion ambulance transferred a basic-life-support patient from St. Luke to Wesley Medical Center.

8:26 p.m. — Marion ambulance, Hillsboro fire, and Hillsboro ambulance were called to US-56 east of Hillsboro near Industrial Rd. for a possible injury accident, but were then told to disregard.

10:02 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance transported a man from Parkside Homes to HCH.

sunday

10:12 a.m. — Marion ambulance responded to the 400 block of S. Cedar St. for a woman who slipped on ice, hit her face, and was complaining of wrist pain. She was transported to St. Luke.

7:39 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to HCH for a basic-life-transport to Wesley.

9:06 p.m. — Peabody ambulance responded to HCH for a BLS transfer to St. Francis.

monday

9:25 a.m. — Florence ambulance, Marion ambulance, Peabody ambulance, and Peabody fire responded north of US-50 on Sunflower Rd. for an injury accident. Marion ambulance and a Peabody fire truck partially slid into ditches on scene due to icy roads. Six individuals were transported to St. Luke.

1:18 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to the 300 block of N. Lincoln St. for a woman in her 80s who wasn’t feeling well. She was transported to HCH.

4:30 p.m. — Marion ambulance responded to the 300 block of N. Elm St. for a man not feeling well. He was transported to St. Luke.

5:06 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to the 300 block of Briarwood Ln. for a man in his 70s who had fallen on ice and hit the back of his head. He was transported to HCH.
