5:51 p.m. — Peabody ambulance transported a female in her 60s with unspecified pain from Peabody Care Center to Newton Medical Center.

6:09 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance transported a female in her 70s who fell from the 400 block of Floral St. to Hillsboro Community Hospital.

11:44 a.m. — Burns rural fire responded to a corn field fire at Upland and 20th Rds.

9:54 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance transported a man who fell from the 1100 block of Diamond Rd. near Goessel to Newton Medical Center.

monday

3:56 a.m. — Marion ambulance responded to the 1500 block of E. Lawrence St. for a woman in her 80s without oxygen. An oxygen bottle was found in the residence, and no transportation was needed.

4:59 a.m. — Marion ambulance responded to the 600 block of S. Freeborn St. for a woman without oxygen.

7:55 a.m. — Florence firefighters and ambulance responded to a report of a vehicle in the ditch and debris on the road north of the Cottonwood River bridge on US-77. The vehicle was a truck that was stuck in the mud overnight, and no accident had occurred.

8:17 a.m. — Marion ambulance responded to a woman without oxygen in the 600 block of S. Freeborn St.

9:32 a.m. — Marion ambulance and firefighters responded to a vehicle off the road in front of Marion airport. A male in his 60s with a bloody nose was transported to St. Luke Hospital, then to Newton Medical Center.

12:24 a.m. — Peabody ambulance transported a woman in her 80s with chest pains from Peabody Care Center to Newton Medical Center.

2:41 a.m. — Florence ambulance transported a man feeling ill from 20th Rd. between Xavier and Yarrow Rds. to Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital.

7:56 a.m. — Hillsboro fire department responded to a gas leak in the building east of Barkman’s Honey.

9:28 a.m. — Marion ambulance transferred a patient from St. Luke Hospital to Kansas University Medical Center.

11:53 a.m. — Marion ambulance and firefighters and Hillsboro ambulance responded to a car and tractor-trailer accident at Upland Rd. and K-256. The vehicle collided with the rear end of a flatbed trailer. A male in his 70s was transported by Marion ambulance to St. Luke Hospital, and then was transferred to Hillsboro ambulance for transport to Wesley Medical Center.
