8:22 a.m. — Marion Fire Department responded to a ditch fire on 140th Road east of Quail Creek. The call was canceled after the fire was extinguished by the person on the scene.

May 1

1:27 p.m. — Marion ambulance made an emergency transfer from St. Luke Hospital to Newton Medical Center.

11:49 p.m. — Marion ambulance responded to September Apartments for a man who couldn’t stand up from the floor. No transport was made.

12:51 p.m. — Peabody ambulance responded to the 600 block of Chestnut for a man in his 80s with diabetic problems. No transport was made.

7 p.m. — Marion ambulance took a woman in her 40s who fell unconscious from Marion Middle School to St. Luke.

9:54 p.m. — Marion ambulance made an emergency transfer from St. Luke to Newton Medical.

11:52 p.m. — Florence ambulance responded to a report of a man who fell and hurt his back. No transport was made.

Friday

8:59 a.m. — Lifewatch air ambulance transferred a dehydrated person from Marion Family Physicians to Newton Medical.

Monday

9:42 a.m. — Peabody ambulance made an advanced life support transfer from Hillsboro Community Hospital to Kansas Heart Hospital.

11:40 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to the Hillsboro airport to assist Lifeteam air ambulance. Lifeteam was grounded by fog, so the ambulance made a transfer from HCH to Kansas Heart.

5:27 p.m. — Peabody ambulance responded to the 200 block of East Division Street for a man in his 30s who was bleeding from his head from an earlier car accident.
