Feb. 27

6:38 a.m. — Marion ambulance responds to call at Marion County Lake for a female patient in her 70s feeling dizzy and nauseous. Patient was taken to St. Luke Hospital.

10 a.m. — Marion ambulance and Marion fire department were called to U.S. 50 mile marker five for a report of a rollover accident, one male was reported walking around. Everyone was reported fine by Marion ambulance. Marion ambulance reported back at station at 10:46 a.m.

10:01 a.m. — Peabody ambulance is called for an advanced life support transport from Hillsboro Community Hospital to Kansas Heart Hospital.

4:46 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance is called to 1500 block of Mustang Road for elderly female suffering with shortness of breath and pain. Ambulance took patient to HCH. Hillsboro ambulance reported back at station at 7:01 p.m.

Feb. 28

6:37 a.m. — Peabody ambulance was called for an advanced life support transport from HCH to Via Christi Medical Center. Peabody ambulance reported back in Peabody at 9:15 a.m.

8:41 a.m. — Goessel first response and Hillsboro ambulance were called to 100 block of 90th Road for a female patient in her 80s who had fallen. Patient refused treatment.

10:42 a.m. — Tampa ambulance was called to 2300 block of Remington Road, patient’s daughter called 911. Accidental life alert was reported.

7:54 p.m. — Marion ambulance was called to 300 block of North Lincoln Street, Marion, for a male in his 60s feeling light headed. Patient was taken to St. Luke.

March 1

6:35 a.m. — Goessel first responders and Hillsboro ambulance were called to 1000 block of Chisholm Trail Road for female in her 60s with high fever. Patient was taken to Newton Medical Center. Hillsboro ambulance reported back in Hillsboro at 8:35 a.m.

3:01 p.m. — Peabody ambulance was called to Newton Medical Center for a non-emergency transport to Westview. Peabody ambulance reported back at station at 4:16 p.m.

10:43 p.m. — Peabody ambulance was called to the 400 block of North Spruce Street in Peabody for female in her 70s, who was shaking. Peabody ambulance reported a possible life-threatening situation and took the patient to St. Luke. The ambulance reported back in Peabody at 12:09 a.m.

March 2

10:54 a.m. — Marion fire department, Marion ambulance, Hillsboro fire department, and Hillsboro ambulance were called to a two-vehicle, injury accident involving at least four patients at Nighthawk and 190th roads. Peabody ambulance also responded. Tampa ambulance was called. A LifeStar helicopter was called. Tampa ambulance reported back at station at 11:25 a.m. Hillsboro ambulance took two patients to St. Luke. One patient was taken by helicopter. Peabody ambulance reported back to station at 11:57 a.m. The family takes one patient. Hillsboro ambulance reported back to the station at 12:57 p.m.

12:33 p.m. — Marion ambulance was called to pickup a patient in Florence. The ambulance took the patient to St. Luke. Marion ambulance reported back to the station at 2:39 p.m.

4:47 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance was called to the 400 block of South Main Street, Hillsboro, for a male subject in his 50s throwing up blood. Hillsboro ambulance transported the patient to Newton Medical Center. Hillsboro ambulance reported back at station at 6:47 p.m.

March 3

5:04 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance was called to Salem Homes for subject receiving CPR. Person was transported to HCH. LifeTeam helicopter was called to Hillsboro airport and patient was taken by helicopter. Hillsboro ambulance reported back at station at 7:02 p.m.

March 4

2:23 p.m. — Marion fire department responded to the Big Scoop restaurant, reported on fire. Hillsboro fire department was called to the Big Scoop. Marion ambulance was called to the Big Scoop. Hillsboro fire department reported back at station at 4:10 a.m. Marion fire reported fire was extinguished at 4:29 a.m.

9:29 p.m. — Peabody fire was called to brush fires at U.S. 50 and Indigo. The fire department returned to station when Harvey County fire department reported to the call.
