Nov. 30

7:34 a.m. — A male with a possible heart attack in the 100 block of West Seventh Street was transported by Florence ambulance to St. Luke Hospital. The ambulance returned to the station at 8:23 a.m.

8:30 a.m. — Marion Ambulance responded to St. Luke Hospital for an emergency transport of a patient to Wesley Medical Center cardiac care unit. The patient was transferred to an advanced life support ambulance at Newton.

2:33 p.m. — Burns Fire Department responded to a grass fire endangering structures in the 6800 block of NE Wildlife Road in Butler County. The unit returned to the station at 4 p.m., and was recalled to the scene at 4:30 p.m.

2:59 p.m. — Marion Ambulance provided non-emergency transport of a patient from St. Luke Hospital to Newton Generations.

5:15 p.m. — Durham first responders provided assistance to a female in her 80s with a diabetic reaction in the 300 block of Sixth Street. The woman was transported to Hillsboro Community Hospital by Tampa ambulance. The ambulance returned to the station at 8:26 p.m.

7:13 p.m. — A female patient with abdominal pains was transported by Hillsboro Ambulance from Hillsboro Community Hospital to Kansas Medical Center in Andover. The ambulance returned to the station at 10:42 p.m.

11:16 p.m. — A man involved in a fight in the 400 block South Main Street was examined by Hillsboro Ambulance personnel, at the request of the investigating officer. The ambulance returned to the station at 11:42 p.m.

11:22 p.m. — Peabody Fire Department responded to a grass fire along U.S. 50 at mile marker 297. The units returned to the station at 12 a.m.

Dec. 2

12:27 p.m. — Marion Ambulance responded to Marion Ampride to examine a female in her 60s who fainted. No transportation was required.

7:19 p.m. — Hillsboro Ambulance responded to Hillsboro Community Hospital for a medical transfer.

9:02 p.m. — Peabody Ambulance provided advanced life support transport for a cardiac patient from Hillsboro Community Hospital to Wesley Medical Center.

Dec. 3

10:09 p.m. — Peabody Ambulance and Fire Department responded to a locomotive fire at the intersection of U.S. 50 and Remington Road. No flames were visible when units arrived, and locomotive crew members had evacuated to the side of road. No transportation was required. Units returned to the station at 11:01 p.m.

Dec. 4

4:29 a.m. — Peabody Ambulance responded to Peabody Care Center for a medical transfer to Newton Medical Center.

7:25 a.m. — Goessel first responders and Hillsboro Ambulance responded to a female experiencing chest and shoulder pain at Bethesda Home. The patient was transported to Newton Medical Center. The ambulance returned to the station at 9:46 a.m.

8:39 a.m. — A male in his 90s experiencing a seizure at Bethesda Home was transported by Peabody Ambulance to Newton Medical Center. The ambulance returned to the station at 10 a.m.

Dec. 5

5:38 p.m. — Hillsboro Ambulance and Fire Department responded to an injury auto accident at Holly Road and 190th Road. One male was transported to Hillsboro Medical Center. All units were back at station at 6:50 p.m.
