Dortha Ellen Plume

Dortha Ellen Plume, 94, Peabody, died Aug. 26, 2008, at Tulsa, Okla.

Born July 10, 1914, at Altoona, she was the daughter of Henry and Sarah (Godsey) Reed.

On Dec. 24, 1931, she married Frank Plume.

Survivors include two sons, Theodore Plume of Helindale, Calif., and Joe David Plume of Peabody; two daughters, Jeanne Steeley of Tulsa, Okla., and Mary Scheier of Helindale, Calif.; nine grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Graveside services were conducted Friday afternoon at Prairie Lawn Cemetery, Peabody.

A memorial fund has been established with the Peabody Christian Church.
