Three members of the Alpha Omega Chapter of the Kansas state organization of Delta Kappa Gamma Society International attended the state convention at Wichita Marriott hotel March 30 to 31. 

Pauline Holub and Helen Reznicek of Marion and Mary Olson of Peabody were among the women educators who received greetings from international vice president Becky Sadowski. 

Vice president Alecia Rues led the business session, when new officers for 2019-2921 were elected and installed.

Workshops were held throughout the day. 

Olson presented Grace notes at a birthday luncheon celebrating the founding of the Kansas organization.  Annual grants and scholarships were awarded.     

An annual achievement award was presented to Susan Perkins of Goddard during Saturday evening’s founders banquet.

A ceremony of remembrance was held Sunday to honor 15 members who died during the preceding year.
