Johnny J. Hart, Valley Center, filed a petition for divorce from Kathleen J. Hart, Hillsboro, March 16. The couple received a decree of separate maintenance Jan. 27, 2015. They later acquired additional real estate, for which Kathleen signed a quitclaim deed July 26, 2016.
