Funeral services were held Tuesday for Pfc. Lloyd D. Lake, brother of Walter Lake, Jr. of Peabody. Pfc. Lake was killed Jan. 15 in Viet Nam. Services were in Salina.

Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon for Mrs. Ray Beeton who died Jan. 19 after an illness of several months.

Mrs. Floyd Davis was hostess at a buffet luncheon Tuesday for members of the canasta club and their husbands.

Mr. and Mrs. Don Myers and family spent Sunday in Udall visiting their son, Rod Myers, and family.
