Irene Sterling McDonald will celebrate her 90th birthday at her home in Chevy Chase, Md. She graduated from Peabody High School in 1930.

Two dozen girls from Florence, Hillsboro, and Peabody spent part of last weekend at Peabody Country Club attending the annual Girl Scout Day Camp.
