Kevin L. Clegg, sale or possession with intent to sell hallucinogen, no drug tax stamp for marijuana or controlled substance, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. Sept. 2.

Patricia A. Igleheart, criminal damage to property under $1,000; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. Aug 24.

Christopher David Wills, arraignment at 10 a.m. Sept. 9.

David Lee Pohl, preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. Aug. 26.

Mathew Brannon, two charges of theft value less than $1,000; defendant sentenced to a controlled sentence of six months for each count to be concurrent, placed on immediate supervised probation for one year, to complete 10 hours of community service work, write a letter of apology to the victim, pay court costs of $138, a surcharge of $10, a probation fee of $25, booking fee of $45, and court appointed attorney fees of $625.
