Jennifer R. Wyss, possession of hallucinogenic, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia, driving under influence, obstructing legal process in misdemeanor case, duty of driver to report upon damaging unattended vehicle; sentenced to a controlling sentence of six months for count one in custody of sheriff, a controlling sentence of six months for count four and a controlling sentence of six months for count three. Counts one and four will be consecutive and count three will be concurrent to counts one and three, served 48 hours in the custody of the sheriff, placed on immediate supervised probation for a period of 24 months, can convert to unsupervised after 12 months if probation officer requests it. Defendant will not enter any establishment with primary source of income from the sale of alcohol for the first 12 months and complete 20 hours of community service work; pay court costs of $138, surcharge of $10, a probation fee of $25, a fine of $500 for count 3, a booking fee of $45, and court-appointed attorney fees as determined by the court.
