Carol S. Brewer was sentenced Dec. 8 to 18 months’ probation and ordered to pay $2,413 plus $1,755 restitution for unlawful acts concerning computers and theft.

Amanda D. Brown formally was charged Dec. 23 with possession of opiates and drug paraphernalia.

Justin L. Chrisjohn formally was charged Dec. 21 with domestic battery.

Dimitri L. Dixon formally was charged Dec. 18 with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, and transporting an open container of alcohol.

Jennifer Flores was sentenced Dec. 9 to 48 hours in jail plus a year’s probation and ordered to pay $2,968 for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Jordan L. Fryhover was sentenced Dec. 8 to up to 18 months’ drug treatment and ordered to pay $1,214.30 costs and $256.30 restitution to Catherine McClure.

James J. Gillett’s probation for giving a worthless check was revoked Nov. 23 and he was ordered to serve a year’s probation. He was sentenced Dec. 8 to a year’s community corrections for driving under the influence and ordered to pay $2,808.

Corissa G. Hoke’s probation for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia was revoked Dec. 7 and she was ordered to serve a year’s probation and pay $245.

Ashley B. Loomis formally was charged Dec. 23 with burglary, theft, and criminal damage to property.

Donald J. Miller formally was charged Dec. 17 with possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Ronald L. Pierce formally was charged Dec. 23 with burglary, theft, and criminal damage to property.

Cameron N. Spohn formally was charged Dec. 23 with criminal use of weapons, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor, transporting an open container of alcohol, and driving in violation of restrictions.

Stephanie N. Wheatley was sentenced Nov. 23 to a year’s probation for theft and ordered to pay $424.89.

Eric J. Williams was convicted Dec. 8 of fleeing a police officer and possession of marijuana.

Andres C. Yebra was sentenced Dec. 8 to 41 months in prison and ordered to pay $538 for aggravated battery.
