Joseph A. Biehler formally was charged Sept. 16 with two counts of burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, and criminal damage to property.

John R. Davis was sentenced Sept. 9 to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $658 for interference with law enforcement.

David M. Ellis pleaded no contest Sept. 9 to two counts of disorderly conduct and was sentenced to six months probation and ordered to pay $263.

Bryan D. Higgins pleaded guilty Aug. 19 to driving under the influence, battery against a law enforcement officer, and interference with law enforcement, and was sentenced to five days in jail and a year’s probation and was ordered to pay $1,058.

Cory D. Fisher formally was charged Sept. 16 with theft.

Clayton T. Lingenfelter formally was charged Sept. 14 with burglary and theft and formally was charged Sept. 16 with violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act.

Jordan Nowak formally was charged Sept. 16 with two counts of burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, and criminal damage to property.

Julie E. Starks was sentenced Sept. 9 to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $658 for interference with law enforcement.

Dustin A. Stevens formally was charged Sept. 16 with battery.
