Joshua R. Cafferty, 39, St. Cloud, Minnesota, formally was charged Aug. 6 with possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia; concealing or destroying evidence; and transporting an open container of liquor Aug. 2.

Nathan T. Hoffman, 47, Marion, formally was charged Aug. 4 with two counts of assault July 18.

Ryan D. Houser, 40, Wichita, formally was charged Aug. 5 with distribution of methamphetamine, possession of meth, possession of cocaine, possession of anabolic steroids with a prior conviction, possession of drug paraphernalia, concealing or destroying evidence, two counts of having no drug tax stamp, a third instance of driving while his license was suspended, and driving with an expired tag July 30.

Jalynn R. Wenger was charged Aug. 4 with failing to appear in court Dec. 9 on a charge of driving while her license was suspended and speeding.

Ronnie P. Winters II, 31, Marion, was charged Aug. 10 with criminal damage to property for allegedly damaging a chain link fence at 520 S. 3rd St. with his car July 4 and failing to report the wreck.
