Online records of Kansas court filings remain unavailable after the system was attacked. These records were gathered by going to the Marion County district court clerk’s office.

Robert M. Buhrle, 50, Hillsboro, formally was charged Nov. 15 with two counts of interference with law enforcement and with a single count of possession of oxycodone, possession of a controlled substance without a drug tax stamp, possession of marijuana, driving with no proof of insurance, having a defective tail lamp, and speeding 66 mph in a 55 mph zone.

Holly R. Hamm, 38, Hillsboro, formally was charged Nov. 15 with vehicle burglary and three counts of criminal trespass.

Luis C. Perez, 33, Hillsboro, formally was charged Nov. 7 with domestic battery and disorderly conduct.

Austin E. Stahlheber, 20, Hillsboro formally was charged Nov. 2 with domestic battery, disorderly conduct, and possession of alcohol by a person younger than 21.
