German Castillo-Alvarado pleaded no contest June 21 to speeding 86 mph in a 65 mph zone and was ordered to pay $249.

Jay R. Gfeller formally was charged July 10 with domestic battery.

Johanna R. Latham, 18, Lehigh, formally was charged July 7 with domestic battery.

Jason R. Latham, 21, Lehigh, formally was charged July 7 with two counts of domestic battery.

Calvin W. Lee, 50, Lost Springs, formally was charged July 10 with violation of a protection order.

A bench warrant was issued June 21 for Ashley N. McShane after she failed to appear in court.

Tyler D. Patterson, 26, Burns, formally was charged July 10 with abuse of a child.

A bench warrant was issued July 5 for Eric C. Pettit, 40, Galva, after he failed to appear in court for five cases. Pettit’s lawyer told the judge Pettit was in custody in Oklahoma.

Nadia Ann Marie Simon, 21, Burns, formally was charged July 10 with abuse of a child.

Janessa M. Valle pleaded no contest June 21 to driving without a valid license. She was ordered to pay $463.50.

A charge of driving without a valid driver’s license filed earlier against Gerson Joel Vega Vega was dismissed without prejudice June 21.

Channing L. Wall, 26, Hillsboro, pleaded no contest March 27 to driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of marijuana. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without proof of liability insurance, transporting an open container of alcohol, and speeding were dismissed. An earlier diversion agreement was revoked.
