Zachary M. Burwell, 26, Salina, was sentenced May 22 to 18 months’ probation for attempted aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and ordered to pay $320. On the same day, Burwell was sentenced to 18 months’ probation for domestic battery and was ordered to pay $320. The sentences are to run consecutively.

Tredessa J. Donnell, 42, Columbia, Missouri, formally was charged May 30 with criminal possession of a firearm, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, interference with law enforcement, and driving without a valid driver’s license.

Casey B. Galbraith, 27, Lakewood, Colorado, was sentenced May 22 to 18 months’ community corrections and ordered to pay $1,113 for battery, battery against a law enforcement officer, endangerment, and driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Brian W. Hiebert, 26, Florence, pleaded no contest May 9 to forgery. Charges of theft and interference with law enforcement were dismissed. On the same day in a separate case, he pleaded no contest to possession of methamphetamine. Charges of interference with law enforcement, driving while his license was suspended or revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia, having no proof of liability insurance, and driving with invalid registration were dismissed. Sentencing is scheduled for June 14.

Nicholas S. Hoffner, 31, Hillsboro, entered a diversion agreement May 22 on a charge of violation of a protective order.

Demetria J. Looney, 41, Wichita, formally was charged May 30 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Nichole P. Newton, 28, Marion, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct May 22 and was sentenced to six months’ probation and ordered to pay $263.

Darrin W. Tannehill, 26, Lincolnville, formally was charged Monday with aggravated battery.
