Amber R. Bass formally was charged Friday with contributing to a child’s misconduct by sheltering or concealing a runaway.

Jouanna S. Cain formally was charged Friday with misdemeanor theft.

Bradley A. Davidson formally was charged Friday with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Riley D. Hicks formally was charged April 11 with felony theft, theft of a firearm, and contributing to a child’s misconduct or deprivation.

Charles W. Matthews, 41, Herington, pleaded no contest Feb. 27 to criminal damage to property and was sentenced to pay $203. Two additional charges of criminal damage to property and charges of driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked filed in a separate case were dismissed.

Luis C. Perez, 32, Hillsboro, formally was charged Friday with domestic battery.

Samuel I. Reffet, 40, Hillsboro, formally was charged Friday with domestic battery.

Austin E. Stahlheber, 20, Peabody, pleaded no contest March 20 to possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. A charge of possession of cocaine was dismissed. He was sentenced to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $263.

Angela K. Vann, 36, Hillsboro, pleaded no contest April 4 to criminal damage to property.

Wade A. Wendt, 31, Burdick, pleaded no contest April 3 to possession of methamphetamine. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed. Sentencing is scheduled for June 5.

Paige L. Williams, 35, Towanda, pleaded no contest April 7 to criminal damage to property.
