Eric J. Armstrong, 48, Auburn, Michigan, formally was charged March 28 with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.

Colten E. Brady formally was charged Thursday with four counts of burglary of a vehicle, two counts of burglary of a vehicle for theft of a firearm, and three counts of misdemeanor theft.

Curtis A. Helton formally was charged March 28 with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, criminal possession of a weapon, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Johannah R. Latham, 18, Hillsboro, formally was charged Thursday with domestic battery.

Eric C. Pettit, 40, Galva, formally was charged Thursday with aggravated battery.

Derrick Ratzloff, 27, Marion, pleaded no contest March 20 to aggravated assault. Four counts of aggravated assault and a charge of possession of a firearm while under the influence were dismissed.

Charges of possession of methamphetamine and interference with law enforcement filed June 14 against Heidi A. Sellens, 53, Moundridge, were dismissed without prejudice March 1.

Sarah V. Smith, 44, Marion, formally was charged Thursday with violation of a protection from stalking order.

Austin E. Stahlheber, 20, Peabody, pleaded no contest March 21 to possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. A charge of possession of cocaine was dismissed. He was sentenced to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $263.

Amanda J. Stanley formally was charged March 28 with felony theft and misdemeanor theft.

A bench warrant for Ian A. Weisbeck, 45, Hillsboro, was issued March 20 after he failed to appear in court on charges of domestic battery and disorderly conduct.
