A charge of violation of a protection order filed April 8 against Seth A. Banning 31, Marion, was dismissed Feb. 14.

Brady L. Blazek, 29, Marion, formally was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana, THC, and drug paraphernalia and speeding.

Brian W. Hiebert, 26, Florence, formally was charged Feb. 15 with forgery.

Paige L. Williams, 36, Towanda, formally ws charged Thursday with criminal damage to property.

Donald L. Wilson, 51, Marion, was sentenced Jan. 23 to 48 hours in jail and a year’s probation and ordered to pay $1,463 for driving under the influence and possessing a firearm while under the influence. He was ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. Charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, running a stop sign, and transportation of liquor in an open container were dismissed.
