Wyatt S. Craney, 31, Lincolnville, was sentenced Jan. 23 for driving under the influence. He was ordered to serve 48 hours in jail, serve a year’s probation, and pay $1,213. A charge of possession of a firearm while under the influence was dismissed.
Nicholas S. Hoffner, 31, Hillsboro, was charged Feb. 6 with violation of a protection order.
Stephanie L. Johnson, 44, Hillsboro, was sentenced Jan. 13 to a year’s probation and ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation for three counts of attempted battery and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Dismissed were charges of possession of methamphetamine, aggravated burglary, making a criminal threat, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespass.
Summerly D. Julien, 36, Douglass, formally was charged Thursday with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Calvin W. Lee Jr., 49, Lost Springs, formally was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving without proof of insurance, transporting an open container of alcohol, and not having valid registration.
Leslie O. Riggs, 29, Marion, pleaded no contest Jan. 23 to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $343. Dismissed were charges of driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, and failure to give a proper signal while driving.
Probation of Broch A. Rogers, 29, Hutchinson, was revoked Jan. 31. He was ordered to serve two days in jail. His probation was ruled completed unsuccessfully.
Chad L. Voth, 49, Hillsboro, pleaded no contest Jan. 23 to possession of a firearm while under the influence of alcohol. He was sentenced to serve seven days in jail and a year’s probation. He was ordered to pay $263.
Jennifer Woelk formally was charged Feb. 8 with battery and disorderly conduct.
Angela K. Vann, 36, Hillsboro, formally was charged Thursday with criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct.
