Braedon A. Hayes was sentenced Oct. 12 to 48 hours in jail and a year’s probation and ordered to pay $1,808 for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Roger A. Klenda pleaded no contest Oct. 12 to driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. Charges of theft and criminal trespass were dismissed. He was sentenced to six months’ probation and ordered to pay $208.

Amanda L. Davis, 45, Marion, pleaded no contest Oct. 25 to possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of controlled substances by use of a communication facility.

Dylan M. Davis, 29, Burrton, pleaded no contest Sept. 26 to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to six months’ probation and ordered to pay $203.

Michael A. Stultz, 61, Hillsboro, pleaded no contest Oct. 11 to two counts of driving under the influence. Charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed.
