Shannon L. Albright, 32, Goessel, was found guilty Oct. 6 of criminal possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. Sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 14.

Brandi Bosley, 39, Marion, filed an appeal Thursday of a Sept. 28 Marion municipal court ruling ordering her to pay a $100 fine plus court costs for a Jeep and other items in her yard.

A bench warrant was issued Oct. 3 for Amber M. Carlson, 39, Turon, after she failed to appear in court.

A bench warrant was issued Oct. 3 for Travis Ray Leon McWilliams after he failed to appear in court.

Clifton L. Richmond, 36, Marion, formally was charged Oct. 11 with battery, criminal trespass, and possession of marijuana. In a separate case, he formally was charged Friday with domestic battery, criminal trespass, and criminal damage to property.

Kelby J. Schmidt, 29, Hillsboro, formally was charged Oct. 11 with interference with law enforcement and being a pedestrian under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
