Wyatt S. Craney, 31, Lincolnville, formally was charged Aug. 23 with driving under the influence and possession of a firearm while under the influence.

Casey B. Galbraith, 27, Lakewood, Colorado, formally was charged Friday with aggravated battery while driving under the influence, battery against a law enforcement officer, possession of marijuana, driving under the influence, and transporting liquor in an open container.

Kevin W. Geren, 60, Marion, was convicted June 27 of distribution of methamphetamine. Dismissed were charges of possession of marijuana, transporting an open container of alcohol, and driving while his license was canceled.

Natalie R. Geren, 40, Marion, pleaded no contest June 15 to possession of methamphetamine. Dismissed were charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and marijuana, domestic battery, possession of stolen property, driving with no proof of insurance and invalid registration, failing to use a turn signal, speeding, and interference with law enforcement filed in nine cases.

Brittney S. Guerrero, 42, Lost Springs, formally was charged Aug. 23 with possession of methamphetamine and criminal trespass.

James E. Johnson, 59, Hillsboro, formally was charged Aug. 23 with domestic battery.

Melissa A. Tajchman, 30, Marion, was sentenced July 25 to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $360. Dismissed were charges of forgery and theft by deception.
