Dakota L. Dillashaw pleaded no contest March 14 to criminal damage to property and was sentenced to a year’s probation. A charge of domestic battery was dismissed.

Mark W. Gipson formally was charged Monday with possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and marijuana, no proof of insurance, and driving a vehicle without tail lamps.

Dawn R. Herbel formally was charged Monday with aggravated burglary and possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Charges of possession of stolen property and criminal possession of a weapon earlier filed against Clayton T. Lingenfelter were dismissed Feb. 9 after Lingenfelter made a plea agreement in a different case. In that case he pleaded no contest to aggravated violation of the Kansas offender registration act, violation of the Kansas offender registration act, and a separate count of criminal possession of a firearm. Sentencing is scheduled for April 12.

Bruce W. Richardson pleaded no contest March 23 to possession of methamphetamine. Charges of distribution of heroin within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of heroin, interference with law enforcement, and possession of THC and drug paraphernalia were dismissed.

Helen J. Smith was sentenced March 21 to a year’s community corrections and ordered to pay $458 for possession of methamphetamine.

Christian F. Ward formally was charged Monday with domestic battery and disorderly conduct.
