Wilbur L. Brown pleaded no contest Dec. 15 to speeding and was ordered to pay $588. A charge of driving while his license was canceled or revoked was dismissed.

Dakota L. Dillashaw formally was charged Jan. 10 with domestic battery and criminal damage to property.

Janet M. Geren was sentenced Jan. 11 to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $313 for possession of methamphetamine.

Stephanie L. Johnson formally was charged Jan. 12 with aggravated burglary, criminal threat, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespass.

Raymond Johnston pleaded no contest Jan. 11 to endangering a child, domestic battery, criminal damage to property, and assault. Sentencing will be later.

Ashley B. Loomis pleaded no contest Dec. 14 to burglary, theft, and criminal damage to property. Sentencing will be later.

Samuel I. Reffett was sentenced Dec. 24 to six months’ probation for criminal possession of a firearm and possession of marijuana. On the same day, he pleaded no contest to driving under the influence, second conviction, and circumvention of an ignition interlock and was sentenced to a year’s probation. The sentences are to run concurrently. Charges of no proof of insurance, driving with invalid registration, driving in violation of restrictions, driving without stop and turn lamps, driving with a defective mirror, and driving without a tail lamp were dismissed.

William R. Shearer formally was charged Jan. 18 with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, endangering a child, driving while his license was suspended or revoked, and transportation of an open container of liquor.
