A bench warrant was issued Oct. 12 for Kyle D. Bowen and his $5,000 bond was revoked after he failed to appear in court. Bowen is charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, driving while suspended, and transporting an open container of alcohol.

Lacey L. Gibson was sentenced Oct. 13 to 36 months’ community correction and ordered to pay $120 for possession of marijuana with intent to sell and distribution of drug precursors and paraphernalia.

A bench warrant for Conan H. Glickman was issued Oct. 13 after he failed to appear in court for sentencing.

Katie R. Hill pleaded no contest Sept. 22 to possession of Xanax and was sentenced to a year’s probation and ordered to undergo drug and alcohol evaluation. On the same day, a charge of possession of methamphetamine was dismissed.

Dawn N. Kohman was sentenced Oct. 13 to 36 months’ community corrections and ordered to pay $220 for distribution of methamphetamine. She was ordered to register as an offender.

Ashley M. McDonald formally was charged Friday with possession of marijuana and driving without valid registration.

Charges of aggravated endangerment of a child, putting a child in a reckless situation, and driving without a valid driver’s license earlier filed against Johnathan C. Prebble were dismissed Oct. 12 in conjunction with pleas entered to two juvenile cases filed against him. Charges in the juvenile cases were not available in the court system.

David Rose pleaded no contest Sept. 15 to possession of methamphetamine. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.
