Eddie Arian Eaves Jr. was sentenced July 6 to a year’s community corrections and ordered to pay $1,608 for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.

Lacey Lee Gibson formally was charged July 16 with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia; having an unlawful title; driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked; and habitual violation of driving while his license was revoked.

Brandon W. Hammond formally was charged July 16 with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, having an unlawful title, driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked, and habitual violation of driving while revoked.

Jaysten L McClure was sentenced July 8 to 18 months’ community corrections and ordered to pay $558 for possession of cocaine.

Eric C. Pettit formally was charged July 13 with aggravated assault and criminal damage to property.

Nathaniel J. Pough formally was charged July 13 with possession of Xanax and marijuana with intent to sell, possession and distribution of certain drug precursors and drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana without a tax stamp, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christian F. Ward formally was charged July 16 with aggravated domestic battery and criminal damage to property.

Christopher R. Wilson formally was charged July 16 with possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and stolen property.

Cyle L. Wilson formally was charged July 16 with criminal damage to property, possession of drug paraphernalia, circumvention of ignition interlock, violation of license restriction, and having invalid registration. In a separate case filed at the same date, Wilson formally was charged with possession of methamphetamine, stolen property, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
