Tim Allen Ballew was sentenced Jan. 8 to a year’s probation for possession of marijuana.

Tina Nicole Brown was sentenced Jan. 14 to a year’s probation for disorderly conduct and pedestrian under the influence.

Joey A. Brunner was sentenced Jan. 14 to a year’s probation for violation of a protection order. Charges of disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order were dismissed.

George M. Gore was formally charged Feb. 7 with giving a worthless check.

Sonja Y. Gore was formally charged Feb. 7 with giving a worthless check.

Travis R. Grosse was formally charged Feb. 4 with violation of a protection order.

Harvey Johnson’s probation for theft was extended Jan. 8 by 12 months.

Ardelle P. Jones was formally charged with theft Feb. 10.

Steve A. Katz was formally charged Feb. 10 with domestic battery.

Jeffrey R. Prafke was formally charged Feb. 12 with criminal threat, criminal restraint, criminal deprivation of property, and domestic battery.

Rexana Jo Siebert was formally charged Feb. 6 with three counts of giving a worthless check.

Jean Luc Taylor’s probation was extended one year Jan. 6.

Aaron D. Unruh was sentenced Jan. 14 to 12 months’ probation for two counts of aggravated endangering a child and criminal restraint.

Cyle Wilson was formally charged Feb. 6 with non-residential burglary, theft, and criminal trespass.
