A charge of driving while license suspended earlier filed against Zach Dvorak was dismissed Dec. 18.

Kevin L. Lemon pleaded no contest Dec. 11 to giving a worthless check and was sentenced to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $158 court costs, $20 bad check fee, and $126.15 restitution.

Kirk W. Seals pleaded no contest Dec. 10 to violation of a protection from stalking order and was sentenced to a year’s probation.

Lonney R. Teichmann was formally charged Jan. 22 with possession of methamphetamine, THC, and drug paraphernalia.
