DIVISION CASES

Ethan W. Campbell was sentenced Dec. 11 to a year’s probation for criminal discharge of a firearm and three counts of taking migratory protected birds.

Zachary S. Dvorak was sentenced Nov. 20 to six months’ probation for disorderly conduct and assault.

A charge of driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked earlier filed against Zachary S. Dvorak was dismissed Dec. 18.

Markus D. Knight pleaded no contest Jan. 6 to interference with law enforcement.

Matthew M. Frazier was formally charged Jan. 8 with endangering a child and domestic battery.

Colton T. Gann was sentenced Jan. 6 to 18 months’ community corrections for possession of methamphetamine. In a separate case, Gann was sentenced to 24 months’ community corrections, to run consecutive to the 18 months, for possession of stolen property. He was ordered to pay $8,000 restitution.

William R. Shearer was formally charged Jan. 8 with giving a worthless check.
